Obviously looking at the $35 seats (+ $3 sistic surcharge). Students get 20% discount. There are other discounts. Group (15% with min. 15 people) and early bird (10% by 6th April). I can't be sure if the discounts stack one upon another, but with a raw 20% discount, the ticket, at it's most expensive would cost $31. If there can be multiple discounts at once, then it can go much much lower! I will check to see if the discounts can stack, but this is a shout-out to see if anyone is interested.

Helloooooo my darlings! This post is dedicated to all those who actually came on Monday to do the class video and thanks to them, yes, we finished filming it! (I think we work well under pressure:D) It's not of Hollywood standards, but in my opinion it is a RAWKING video:) (and da best man!) You can view it at Yi Neng's blog; apparently it's on Youtube. So I would like to acknowledge and thank this wonderful production and cast crew, as follows:

(1) Yi Neng: Cameraman with the steady hand and the magical movie-making touch (who boasts an experience of actually filming inside the GIRLS toilet)
(2) Dilys: For your hilarious portrayal of Indonesia and your fulscap papers that we used like there was no tomorrow to make our props
(3) Fang Tian, Audrey Ho, Cheryl Heng: The "breaking news ppl" who doubled up as props-makers
(4) Jieling: The Diana-Ser canbe; thank you for being willing to act the most unfun role=)
(5) Melinda: Thank you for your fits-inducing performance of Malaysia and your thick-skinnedness!

As some of you may know, the video seriously stressed me out so I'm really grateful to all those who came up with the ideas and the script! Thank you to all 08S11-ers, especially The Monday Crew!

the point of the thing is not to train them for psle oral, but rather to help them with their confidence.

soo...could you guys come up with ideas for games and other ideas? this would help the worksheet and games team. there will be need for them to present stuff...so for like about half hour we could just talk to them one to one or something..then get them to present.

hian kek had an idea for them to debate if there should be psle or not. cool eh? heehee

Hello 08S11! We will be meeting up on Monday, 10th March in school to discuss and film our video. Whoever has a video camera or a digital camera that can film, please bring it to school on Monday. Tentatively we will be meeting up at around 10am. Is that alright with everyone?
